We’ve developed over 500,000 square meters of residential properties in China.

In 2017, we entered into an agreement to acquire land use rights for four key development sites in Guangdong Province – a major hub in China’s green industry space.

The Zhanjiang Donghai Island Development is developing industrial clusters in five advanced manufacturing sectors - green steel, green petrochemicals, high-end papermaking, green energy and new energy vehicles. The development supports 70 manufacturing companies in going digital, with support for fintech, green finance, digital finance and cross-border finance.

We’ve a signed MOU to develop Tanzania’s Agricultural Industrial Park - Africa’s largest industrial park south of the Sahara. Over 1 million people are expected to benefit from construction, with over 200 industries expected to move to the park over its two construction phases.

In Zanzibar, we’ve signed an MOU for development of 28 hectares of prime, low-cost housing residential land.

We’ve developed and managing a portfolio of over 2,000 hotel rooms and serviced apartments across China.

In 2015, we completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Orchid Hotel integrated commercial and residential property in Antananarivo, the Madagascan capital. With a floor area of 6,500 square meters, the hotel offers 68 suites, business center, fitness center, restaurants, bars, shops, swimming pools and outdoor parking.
