AGRICULTURE
SENEGAL | SOUTHEAST ASIA
In Senegal, we own 250,00 hectares of prime agricultural land on one of the largest privately-owned industrial farmlands in Africa. Ultimately, positioned for European markets, the land has unlimited fresh water available from Guiers Lake - enabling up to 4 harvesting seasons per annum. With the processed global fruit and vegetable market worth €280 billion in 2024, Senegal provides a micro-climate of high productivity all year round.
With annual cassava sales exceeding USD$500 million, we trade over 2 million tonnes per year. We have created Southeast Asia’s largest integrated chain of cassava procurement, processing, warehousing, sea logistics and sales network. This has driven the expansion of 12 procurement points across Southeast Asia, with presence in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.
We have invested and set up a 50,000 tonnes of food grade cassava starch factory in Laos, plus signed an MOU with the Cereals and Other Produce Board (CPB) of Tanzania for an exclusive procurement partnership in Africa.
