Vision Beyond Borders
Bridging Continents, Building Value
Global Footprint
Our presence is global, focused and strategic — from the resource-rich corridors of MENAT, to the dynamic growth markets of Southeast Asia and developed economies of Australia and New Zealand.
We translate our global vision into tangible assets and strategic operations — creating a framework for enduring value that transcends borders and economic cycles.
CRITICAL Assets
Every project we undertake pivots on exhaustive analysis, an understanding of geopolitical factors, and a hands-on approach to execution.
By investing in the essential pillars of the global economy, we not only participate in the future —we actively shape it.
PROJECTS

GOLD
MONGOLD
MONGOLIA
We’ve invested in an operational high-grade gold mine — the only underground gold mine currently in commercial production in Mongolia.
The investment is a high-grade, narrow-vein JORC compliant deposit of 212,500 ounces at 8.7 g/t. Currently being mined at Vein One, the resource has a 10 economically-mineable veins, plus enormous upside potential to extend on both strike and dip from the JORC defined resource.
We own 13 prospective licences in Mongolia, covering a total area of 474 km².
Our exit strategy has IPO potential within 24 months on a major mining exchange.

IRON ORE
TONKOLILI
SIERRA LEONE
We led a $2.5 billion investment in one of the world’s largest iron ore deposits.
With a JORC compliant resource of 13.7 billion tonnes, the Tonkolili iron ore deposit is located within the Sula Mountain range, covering a 408 m² area with an estimated resource capacity of up to 13.7 billion tonnes.
With fully integrated, owned and exclusively operated infrastructure links, we managed a direct supply chain to Pepel Port for export to Chinese and European markets.
We expanded the Tonkolili project at speed and scale - achieving production and revenue generation in Q4 2011, 3 years after initial discovery of the ore body, 15 months after receiving licenses and 10 months after funding.

COPPER
#253 COPPER MINE
KENYA
In 2013, we completed the acquisition of the agreed shareholding interest in Zhen Hua Company Limited and own a 60% equity interest in Kenya #253 Copper Mine and #341 Gold Mine.
In 2015, we signed the Kenya Copper and Gold Mining Exploitation and Stripping Project Agreement with China Energy Engineering Group Guangxi Hydroelectric Construction Bureau Company Limited.
This allowed us to jointly carry out mining production operations for the Kenya copper and gold mines.

AGRICULTURE
25,000 ACRES
SOUTHEAST ASIA / SENEGAL
In Senegal, we own 25,000 hectares of one of the largest privately-owned industrial farmlands in Africa.
With access to unlimited fresh water from Guiers Lake and a benign climate for high productivity, we benefit from up 4 harvests per annum.
Poised to enter the lucrative European markets, we are plugged into a processed global fruit and vegetable market worth $280 billion.

REAl estate
LUXURY BUILDS
NEW ZEALAND
In 2019, we acquired land for 4 sites in Auckland, New Zealand.
We managed and developed a portfolio of 50 luxury homes and childcare center with a project value of $55 million.
A new neighbourhood with community at its heart, we created a vibrant space bringing jobs, creating opportunities and delivering new, local services for the community.
Designed from the ground up with a greener future in mind, sustainability was central to the culture of the development. We implemented modern methods of such construction — such as making the bathroom pods off-site, solar panels powering communal spaces, air source heat pumps, even insect hotels buzzing with activity.
The project made a 500% return on investment.
